Our story
How VSPF began
Growing up, Vardaan Singh Pawar saw two realities side by side: capable people locked out of formal work, and neighbourhoods left with waste, dry ponds, and treeless streets.
The idea behind VSPF was direct — pay people to restore the environment. Not as charity, but as structured employment with wages, safety equipment, and room to grow.
That conviction became Vardaan Singh Pawar Foundation (VSPF): four green employment programs that put unskilled workers on payroll while repairing the places communities depend on.
